Registration Fee
COVID-19 still a pandemic around the world. For the health and safety concern of each participant, OICE2022 on-site conference is switching to an online format. Some conference materials will be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Regular Registration fees include the following:
- Conference Welcome Packet
- All Technical Sessions (Keynote Speeches, Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions, Breakouts, etc.)
- Lunch & Dinner on June 16, 2022
- Coffee Breaks during All Sessions
- Conference Proceedings(CD form)
- Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide
- Presentation / Social Activities
Notes:
- Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
- The registration fee does not include:
- Accommodation
- Visa application fee
- Transportation fee
- Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper. The registration fee is the same regardless of whether author attending conference or not. Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the registration fee.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@icoice.org. If the author want to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
- Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee
- Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund
- After May 1, 2022: No Refund
- Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
